Louisiana Podiatric Medical Association
The LPMA is an active, non-profit organization comprised of podiatric physicians who are both licensed in the state of Louisiana and are also members of the American Podiatric Medical Association. We are the official state component society of the APMA.

The LPMA exists to help Louisiana residents put their best foot forward. We are an active, non-profit organization of licensed podiatric physicians committed to unifying and supporting our members while providing excellence in foot and ankle care for patients in our state.
Our Mission
Promote the art and science of podiatric medicine and the betterment of public health within the state of Louisiana.
Further establish to the public, other health professionals third party payers, and legislators the identity of the podiatric physician as the expert in the treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
Ensure that it's members will be able to continue to provide quality medical care to the public within the confines of sate licensure and all governing regulatory bodies.
Provide leadership and a forum for dialogue with health care professionals involved in the health care delivery system.
